Our Process
1. Initial Contact & Project Discovery
The process begins when a homeowner reaches out through your website, Google profile, phone call, or email.
During this stage, Re | Vision Homes gathers key project information:
Type of project (custom home • addition • remodel)
Timeline expectations
Budget range
Location & structural details
Style preferences or inspiration
Whether architectural plans already exist
This step ensures the project is a good fit and sets clear expectations.
2. In-Home Consultation / On-Site Evaluation
A project manager visits the property (or lot for new builds) to complete a thorough assessment:
For Custom Homes:
Lot evaluation
Utility availability
Structural restrictions
Square footage goals
Preliminary layout concepts
For Remodeling:
Existing conditions & measurements
Structural considerations
Material/finish discussions
Functional needs (kitchen flow, bathroom upgrades, storage solutions, etc.)
After the walkthrough, the client receives a scope overview and estimated budget range, so they know exactly what to expect before moving forward. Some soft costs may apply depending on the scope of project
3. Design & Planning Phase
This is where the project comes to life.
Includes:
Architectural drafting or plan review
3D renderings and visualizations
Material & finish selections
Structural engineering (if required)
Permit preparation
Finalized scope of work
Re | Vision Homes guides the homeowner through every design decision, ensuring the finished product aligns with their vision, lifestyle, and long-term goals.
4. Detailed Proposal & Contract
Once the design and scope are confirmed, the homeowner receives a detailed written proposal, including:
Full breakdown of labor & materials
Construction schedule
Payment milestones
Warranty information
Terms & conditions
The client signs the construction agreement and submits the project deposit, officially placing the project into production.
5. Pre-Construction Coordination
Re | Vision Homes handles all prep work before tools ever touch the home:
Permit submissions
Jobsite scheduling
Material ordering & staging
Communication with subcontractors and inspectors
Final layout reviews with client
Clients receive a start date and expected timeline.
6. Construction & Build Phase
This is the execution stage—where plans become reality.
During construction:
The crew arrives on schedule
Site protection is installed (dust control, floor protection, etc.)
Work is completed in phases according to the approved schedule
Inspections occur as required
The project manager provides updates
Custom Homes:
Foundation to framing
Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC
Roofing, siding, windows
Interior finishes
Final trim & detailing
Remodels:
Demolition
Structural corrections
Rough-ins
Cabinetry & finishes
Final installations
Communication is constant, professional, and documented.
7. Quality Checks & Final Walkthrough
Before the project is declared complete, Re | Vision Homes performs:
A full internal quality inspection
Correction of any punch-list items
Final cleaning of the space
Then the client is invited for a final walkthrough to review:
Workmanship
Functionality
Materials & finishes
Warranty details
Maintenance recommendations
Nothing is considered complete until the homeowner is 100% satisfied.
8. Completion, Warranty, & Follow-Up
After the project is officially completed:
The client receives a warranty package
Documentation and receipts are delivered
A 30-day & 6-month follow-up is scheduled
Re | Vision Homes remains available for any questions or adjustments
This ensures the homeowner feels supported long after the job ends.
