Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Re | Vision Homes operates under Novare Domus LLC and carries all required licenses and insurance for residential construction in Pennsylvania. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Erie County, Crawford County, and surrounding Pennsylvania areas, with the ability to take on select projects outside of this region.
Design & Planning
Do you offer in-house design services?
Yes. We provide complete 3D design, floor planning, and project visualization so you can see your project before construction begins.
Can I bring my own plans?
Absolutely. If you already have architectural or engineered plans, we can build directly from them.
Do you help with material selections?
Yes—fixtures, finishes, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, exterior materials, colors, and more. We guide you through every choice to keep the design consistent and within budget.
Pricing & Budget
How much does a remodel or custom home cost?
Costs vary based on size, materials, and complexity. After a consultation, we provide a detailed estimate outlining labor, materials, and project phases so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you offer financing?
We can recommend trusted lenders for construction loans, renovation loans, and home improvement financing. We also accept staged payments throughout the project.
Are your estimates free?
Yes—basic estimates are free.
For complex designs or large custom builds, a design retainer may apply, which is credited back toward the project.
Construction & Timeline
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on project size:
Small remodels: 1–4 weeks
Kitchens/Bathrooms: 4–10 weeks
Additions: 2–6 months
Custom homes: 6–12 months
We provide a full projected timeline before we begin.
Will you handle all permits?
Yes. We manage all required permits, inspections, and code compliance for your project.
Do you use subcontractors?
We work with trusted, vetted subcontractors who specialize in specific trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.) while managing all scheduling and quality control.
Communication & Process
How will I stay updated during the project?
We provide consistent communication through calls, email updates, progress photos, and scheduled walk-throughs. You always know what phase we’re in.
Can I make changes during the project?
Yes, but change orders may affect pricing or timeline. We’ll discuss all options before anything is altered.
Who will be my main point of contact?
You will work directly with the owner and project manager to ensure your vision is executed exactly as planned.
Warranty & Post-Project
Do your projects come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide workmanship warranties and pass along manufacturer warranties for materials and fixtures.
